OK, about the food sharing thing. I've been emailing a friend who is also a foodie and we tend to share quite a bit of food and she's making me feel like quite the selfish git. So, I feel like I have to just clarify what I meant.

If you are a friend, feel free to stab your fork in my plate and I really won't care. Unfortunately, as much as my siblings are very dear to me, this rule does NOT apply to them as they are the reason why this rule was started. I am the type of person who always saves my favourite for last so I that I can savour it. And my brothers know this well. So, they will usually consume their favourites (also usually mine) first knowing like, prey they will always be able to stab into my plate as I am about to start relishing that succulant shrimp. They think it's some kind of "survival-of-the-fittest" game that they've been playing with me since I was little.

And of course who wants a stranger putting their fork in your plate. I mean you don't know where that mouth was before, right?
