I have never been a big dessert fan, much to my mother's despair as she is an incredible baker. Why she should wonder why I don't eat goodies is beyond me because she never really let me have much when I was growing up.

Anyways, last week, my friend Jen made some homemade fudge for Stef's birthday. I really have no idea what she puts into her desserts but whatever it is, it is damn addictive. Any cookie, cake, chocolate that she makes, I consume as if I am the cookie monster reincarnated. Jen, I am still trying to get rid of the holiday weight gain!!
