I don't believe it. I think my bathroom scale is broken. We had to load up fatty onto the scale for her monthly weigh in (it's too cold to drag her to the vet) and guess what? SHE LOST WEIGHT! A WHOLE ONE AND A HALF POUNDS! I mean for a cat that's like 15 human pounds, right? But she still looks so fat! However, she is now sixteen and a half pounds, as opposed to the twenty when we first inherited her. Woo hoo! Eight more pounds to go and she will eventually look like a normal cat.
