So I have these weird allergies that no one can diagnose. I only started the sneezing after I came home from my month long trip to Australia and Asia two and a half years ago, and I HAVE NEVER STOPPED! For real — never.

I sneeze EVERY SINGLE DAY! And no one can figure out why. I sneeze so much that I am sure that I have single handedly increased the value of the stock of Kleenex! Which, by the way, I highly recommend that you spend a little money and buy the triple ply, double moisturizer ones, they are SO good.

Anyways, I have been to see various specialists and finally bit the bullet and went to see a naturopathic doctor. I am so desperate I will see a voodoo doctor if I have to. Some of the things she said made a lot of sense - I seem to have food sensitivities to a bunch of things, mostly things I love like seafood, alcohol (so sad but so true! I sneeze like a banshee after a sip of beer!) and check this out - rice!

When she told me that, I just gave her this look - Lady! Do you see my face. I am Asian, for Pete's sake! Even if I am allergic to rice, I sure am not going to NOT eat it. Shee-esh!

So needless to say, I don't really stick to my dietary restrictions and I am still sneezing. There must be another way.
