Ok - admit it. You have a list and so does your partner. This is one of my favourite things to ask people when I have just started to get to know them. It's always surprising what is on a person's list and it can show a different perspective of that person.

If you are one of those people who say you don't have a list and you're not sure what "the list" even is, let me clarify it for you. It's a list of people that you would screw if you had a chance. I have multiple lists, and before you think that I am the world's biggest hoe-bag, my multiple lists aren't necessarily people I would screw per se, just people I think are really fabulous.

I will freely admit that top of my list is Brad Pitt, (always and forever and if you need to ask why, you're not a living, pulsing human being!) The rest of my list usually fluctuates, although P Diddy is always on somewhere, which Stef really hates because he thinks he's a thug. THE MAN CAN DRESS!!! I'm besotted by that!

Anyways, in this month's Glamour, there was an article written by the resident male, "Jake" that talked about the men's version of female beauty versus the women's version of female beauty. I always find this part fascinating especially when hearing my guy friend's lists.

In a gist, this is what Jake had said -

Girl Hot: Nicole Kidman
Ok, I totally admit that guys don't like Nicole because they think she's too cold or insipid. She is really freaking gorgeous and talented but I can get why guys don't like her - no boobs.
Guy Hot: Angelina Jolie
errr - NO! She is on MY list, and I don't even swing that way. The woman is so damn freaking sexy! If you look up the word "sexpot" in the dictionary, you will see a picture of her. I know many girls who also think Angelina is hot. So, Jake, you're so wrong on this one. Angelina is universally hot.

Girl Hot: Gwyneth Paltrow
Also concede that Gwen is a girl choice but it's not necessarily her "beauty" that girls like, she is a fucking great dresser. She's got super style, girls really dig that.
Guy Hot: Catherine Zeta-Jones
Umm... yeah I don't get why guys think she's so hot. She is incredibly beautiful but I would think she would be a tad too posh for the average guy.

Girl Hot: Grace Kelly
Why don't guys think she's hot? She's so classic! Maybe too classic? Guys need a little skuz sometimes, I think....
Guy Hot: Marilyn Monroe
Once again, Jake is so wrong. There are so many women who think Marilyn was the bomb, but I think it emphasizes my point that guys like a little hoochie...

Girl Hot: Jennifer Aniston
No way, a lot of guys think she's pretty hot. I, on the other hand, don't really think she is so special but will admit that she has a body to die for.
Guy Hot: Eva Mendes
It's the latina factor here, boys like a little "exotic"-ness and she's pretty curvy but I still think there are "hotter" exotic people out there.

Girl Hot:Skinny Fashion Models
Once again boys, it's about how clothes look on them, nothing to do necessarily with their faces.
Guy Hot: The St-Pauli girl
The hoochy factor is so evident here.

Anyways, I guess the moral of the story is, girls shouldn't get insulted when their boys mention a hooch on their list,(Stef has Alyssa Milano which he claims everyone in his age group has, it was the whole Who's The Boss factor) as I think it's normal for all boys. As long as their ENTIRE list isn't full of skanks, cross-eyed, really butt ugly girls, you should feel reassured that he thinks that you're pretty hot too....
