St. Paddy's Day & Boys

We got a text from some of our Aussie friends just before 12 pm this morning asking us to meet them at the pub. For one brief second, I thought it was for brunch but Stef mentioned it was to meet them for pints. The reason? St. Paddy's Day is today.
I am so staying away from that madness. If I didn't have a friend moving to Argentina and having a farewell party tonight, I would rather stay in and order take out.
Boys are mad, aren't they?

Yup - sure are! I live just near a lane {which is lovely, usually} full of pubs, restaurants and bars, and one of glasgows best Irish pubs is there too. So I guess I am not in for much sleep tonight....we have a big Irish contingent {including 1/4 of me actually} in scotland...so it is always rowdy!
...bah humbug from me ;))
I think most people who were out drinking were a mess by the time night fell. It was surprisingly relatively quiet in our area...
